Back in mid-2016 we were looking to change our EPOS system and to adopt a mobile App and online ordering system to streamline our business and improve the customer ordering process.
We chose App4 as they could work with Epos Now, the EPOS supplier we wanted to use, and they could integrate their App and online ordering directly, so everything was all linked up together and we could report on everything centrally.
At the same time, we asked App4 to redesign our website and to integrate a postcode checker, that would allow customers to easily check if we delivered to their area, without having to waste time. App4 were able to build this very bespoke feature for us, which had been a stumbling block with other companies we had talked to before.
Whenever we have wanted to try something new or alter a process, App4 have always been very helpful and they have been as flexible as they can to meet our needs where possible.
Over the last two and half years we have seen a dramatic change in the way our business is performing and the way customers order. With almost 100% of our orders now going through our App and website, we have reduced our telephone staff, improved our efficiency and have much greater control over stock requirements and expected demand.
After having tried other systems in the past and knowing the struggle other businesses have had with different companies, we are exceptionally happy we chose App4 to look after our online ordering systems and have recommended them to other businesses many times.
